We held a stakeholder meeting at Nestlé factory to find out where
we should focus our efforts in the project. We had prepared questions and
propositions for the stakeholders which we ran through and then we discussed
which are good ideas and not so good ideas or ideas which we probably don’t
have time for.
We also discussed
marketing and we got a lot of useful information like where Nestlé would like
us to advertise our results and who are we marketing to.
By the end of the
meeting we confirmed who are the contact persons for our different groups and what
we should do if we want to work on the project in the factory.
